Raw, unfiltered artisanal honey harvested from my hive here at the Ranchito. My ladies primarily harvest nectar from an alfalfa farm, lavender fields, sweet clover and wherever else they can wiggle themselves into.
The honey is rating at a light amber color indicative of the flowers available at midsummer. The flavor is rich with a sweet floral tone.
Currently, available in 1.5 ounce jars or "sample sizes." Honey will be available throughout the nectar flow season. Honey is only harvested if my ladies have enough to survive the winter.
